OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PRODUCT PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. INTERNET ACCESS IS REQUIRED TO ENTER. PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST SHALL BE DEEMED ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES. WRITTEN COPIES OF THESE RULES MAY BE OBTAINED BY SUBMITTING A WRITTEN REQUEST TO AUGUST SCHELL BREWING CO., 2016 CRUSH CHARCH CHALLENGE, 1860 SCHELL ROAD, NEW ULM, MN 56073.

The object of the Crush Charch Challenge (the "Contest") is to earn more points during each week than the team selected by Paul Charchian (the “Charchian Team”). All weekly winnerswill be eligible for the Grand Prize.

ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the states of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, South Dakota and North Dakota who are of twenty-one (21) years of age as of the date of entry with a valid e-mail address and Internet access as of August 30, 2016. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation.
Employees or consultants of August Schell Brewing Company or any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries or advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (parent, sibling, child or spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and any person residing in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win a prize.

CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Daylight Time ("CDT") on August 30, 2016 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time (“CT”) on January 1, 2017 (the "Contest Period").

HOW TO REGISTER

You may register to participate in the Contest during the period beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. CDT on August 30, 2016 and ending 5:59:59 a.m. CT on January 1, 2017 (the "Registration Period"). There is (1) way to register to participate in the Contest: online at www.grainbelt.com(the "Website"). No other method of registration will be accepted. All entries must include a valid e-mail address for the participant. Limit one (1) registration per person and per unique email address, regardless of method of registration. In case of multiple registrations received from any person or email address, only the first registration received from such person or email address will be considered. To register online to participate, visit www.grainbelt.com during the Registration Period and click on the banners, buttons and/or links for the Contest to access the Contest registration page, then follow the directions provided to register for the Contest.

Contest Administration
By registering and/or participating in the Contest, each participant agrees that August Schell Brewing Company (“Sponsor”), or Sponsor’s agents or assigns, will solely resolve any disputes and rules violations that arise in connection with the Contest. Sponsor’s computer shall be the official clock of the Contest. All decisions by Sponsor regarding the Contest shall be final and binding in all respects. Any incidence of collusion or cheating, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be subject to disqualification from the Contest without limitation to any other rights or remedies available to Sponsor.

HOW TO PLAY

Creating a Team
After creating an account on the Website, participants will create a “Team” for play during each Week (as hereafter defined) of the Contest Period. A “Week” begins every Tuesday during the Contest Period at 9:00:00 a.m. CDT/CT and ends at 5:59:59 a.m. CDT/CT on the following Tuesday.

Selecting Your Players
Each Team must consist of two (2) Quarterbacks, four (4) Running Backs, four (4) Wide Receivers, two (2) Tight Ends and two (2) Kickers. Each Week, participants must select players to fill out their Team. Participants may select any available player from list provided in theContest, including any player you have previously chosen, until one (1) hour prior to the scheduled start of each player’s game (the “Lock Time”). You can make your player selections at the beginning of each Week and may change your selection at any time prior to the Lock Time for any applicable player.

Earning Points
Players will accumulate points based on the following formula:


At the end of each week, Sponsor will tally and award points based on all players’ official statistics maintained by the organization governing professional football in the United States of America. Points will be awarded to each player and all points for all players on each Team will be totaled and the total points for the Week will be awarded to each Team.

PRIZES

Prize winners are fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, provincial and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided including but not limited to any and all costs and expenses incurred by accepting and using any prize are the sole responsibility of the winners. Cash prizes will be awarded in the form of a check in U.S. dollars. Vouchers may be subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions except in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion. All prize details are at the sole discretion of Sponsor.

Weekly Prizes
All Teams scoring more points than the Charchian Team in each Week will be entered into a prize drawing for that Week. If your Team scores more points than the Charchian Team in a particular Week, the number of entries you will receive for the weekly drawing will be the sum after subtracting the Charchian Team total from your Team total. After all entries are finalized,there will be a random drawing and one weekly winner. Each weekly winner and the overall points leader after week 17 will receive a Grain Belt Jacket with an approximate retail value of $200.00, a football autographed by Paul Charchian with an estimated retail value of $50.00 and an invitation to attend a reception at Manny’s Steakhouse in Minneapolis (the “Contest Banquet”) with a nominal estimated retail value.

Year End Prizes
All weekly winners and the overall points leader will be entered into a drawing, where two random winners will be drawn at the Contest Banquet. In addition to all other eligibility requirements, each random winner drawn at the Contest Banquet must be present to win. The first randomly drawn eligible winner will receive travel voucher from MLT Vacation with a value of $1,000.000 (not redeemable for cash).The second randomly drawn eligible winner will be the Grand Prize winner and will receive $2,000.00 in cash. The Grand Prize will be awarded in the form of a check as one (1) lump sum payment.

LEGAL DISCLAIMERS

General Conditions
By registering and/or participating, each participant accepts and agrees to be bound by (i) these Official Rules, and (ii) the decisions of Sponsor which shall be final and binding in all respects. Each potential winner will be notified by e-mail and/or U.S. First-Class Mail (in Sponsor's discretion) (the "Prize Notification"). In the event that any potential winner does not respond toany such Prize Notification within five (5) calendar days of date of issuance, a disqualificationwill result and prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, awarded to the runner-up(if applicable). Each potential winner may be required to submit his/her valid identification toSponsor and may be required to execute, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and, unless prohibited by law, Publicity within five (5) calendar days of date of issuance. Failure to submit any identification required by Sponsor or to return any required documents within the specified time period, noncompliance with these Official Rules or the return of any prize or Prize Notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, awarded to the runner-up (if applicable).
Each participant agrees to allow Sponsor and its designees to use their names and likenesses in any and all media or format(s) now or hereafter known for advertising and publicity purposes throughout the world in perpetuity, without any compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.
All applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. This Contest and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any court of competent jurisdiction sitting within the State of Minnesota will be the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to this Contest or these Official Rules. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor and each of its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, agents, independent contractors, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents and employees (collectively, the "Released Parties") are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, garbled, delayed, undelivered or misdirected entries, selections or registrations, for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entry information whether caused by a participant, equipment, or technical malfunction or for any human error, technical error or malfunctions. Player game dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the organization governing professional football in the United Stated of Ameica and may be subject to change. The Released Parties will not be responsible for weather conditions, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil dissturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any game. Released Parties are not responsible for any technical, computer, network, typographical, printing, human or other errors relating to or in connection with this Contest, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the offer or administration of this Contest, the processing of entries, selections or registrations,the tabulation of points, the cancellation of games or any errors appearing in any Contest related-materials, including, but not limited to, errors in advertising, the Official Rules, the selection and announcement of the prize winners or the distribution of the prizes. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Contest.
The Released Parties make no warranties, express or implied, relative to the use or enjoyment of any prize or any portions thereof, including without limitations, its quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. By entering the Contest, each participant agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and fully release the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, losses, promises, causes of action and liabilities for any injuries, losses, death, or damages of any kind caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by participation in, or preparation for, the Contest or resulting from the acceptance, possession, quality, use or misuse of any prize, or any portion of any prize, including any travel or any activity related to the receipt or use of any prize (or any portion thereof).
Crush Charch Challenge is a skill contest designed for recreational purposes only. This Contest may not be used for, or in connection with, any form of gambling.
Rules/Winner Information
For winner information (available after January 30, 2017) or an additional copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: August Schell Brewing Company’s Crush Charch Challenge, 1860 Schell Road, New Ulm, MN 56073. Specify "Rules" or "Winner List." Requests must be received by November 30, 2017.

Internet
If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, cancellation of games or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and, if terminated, to determine the winners, if any, from among all eligible, non-suspect hitting streaks achieved up to the point of termination.
The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network, cable, satellite, wireless, Internet Service Provider (ISP) or lines, computer systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, malfunctions of Mobile Devices or other wireless devices, wireless service problems, cellular tower equipment, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or wireless service congestion,or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Contest.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CONTEST OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT, AND SPONSOR AND ITS AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a participant, an entry will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
In the event that the Contest is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Contest, or to disqualify participants residing in the affected geographic areas. In such event, the Released Parties shall have no liability to any participants who are disqualified due to such an action.
